“This Is JUST What We Were Looking For!”

That’s the quote heard frequently Friday nights The Bourbon O’ Bar, 730 Bourbon Street, in The French Quarter, where The Assunto Dukes have now been playing regularly from 8-12 pm.  The band will appear every Friday Night at The Bourbon O’ in April, including April 22nd during The French Quarter Fest!

The classic 1950’s era of Jazz on Bourbon Street has been sadly absent and neglected in New Orleans for decades, until now! The top band back then was Frank and Freddie Assunto, (aka, The Dukes of Dixieland.)  The Assunto Dukes have brought that look, sound, and style BACK to The Quarter, and they look forward to seeing old fans, and making new ones every Friday night at The Bourbon O Bar.
